EXPLORER

I started the year 2025 as a so-called 'explorer' (unfortunately not a very successful one due to my working tasks) at the DLD conference, which featured more than 235 speakers from across the globe. The conference offered a interesting array of insights on diverse subjects, ranging from AI and robotics to quantum technologies, health tech, leadership, impact investing, future food trends, sustainability, new energy supplies, art, music, and design. It was a great opportunity to explore the varied thought worlds and approaches of experts, each offering their unique perspectives and ideas.

But I’ve also questioned whether labels like “Explorer” truly reflect discovery and action—or if they’re more about the satisfying feeling of being inspired by grand ideas and visions.
Real change happens when words align with concrete actions. The challenge is recognizing that simply calling oneself an “Explorer” doesn’t automatically mean making a real difference.
It’s about closing the gap between thought and action—and facing the truth that inspiration alone isn’t enough. It can be the spark, but not the whole journey.
Sure, I’d love a single strategy that unlocks two easy ways to master three simple steps in just four days for free. But real change goes beyond marketing.
It’s often a quiet, tough, nonlinear path—one that demands consistent effort and real alignment.
